I somehow shifted my timeline before the 0 mark. Not sure how I get it back.

I've been animating in this composition for days, and I just realized that somehow without realizing, I've moved all layers back in time, including the timeline markers (those from the bin, not layer markers).

Not sure how to shift everything back, especially the markers that were helping me time the whole thing.

I can't lose this project, the deadline is tomorrow. Can someone figure out how can I shift everything forward?

Kind of hard to advise without seeing the timeline. But you could look where the file is saved in the auto save folder and see if you can find a recent version where things are still lined up.

I tried to use an old script that copy pasted the markers, but it gave me an error. I wonder if it somehow messed things up. I don't know any process that can shift the actual  markers in time. Anyway, for now I chose to just shift all layers back manually and lose the markers.  I have to move on.
