I try to add a preset shake to my clip

When i go and take one of the preset shakes i downloaded, I drag it onto the clip and add it but then it seems to Go absolutely everywhere onto the screen and messes up? What can i do to fix this please help i have been trying to fix this for days now and i haven't found a solution.

There are MANY programs in a full subscription, plus other non-subscription programs
