I want 2 images to turn around, and have one side be the front and one side to be the back.

so basicically I want to make a video of this coupon turning around in the center and then with the terms and conditions on the back. but I have no Idea how to do this is after affects and I cant find a tutorial that explains something like this

Make both layers 3D. Scale the back layer -100%, 100%, move the back layer back one pixel in Z, Parent the back layer to the front layer, and animate Y rotation.

You should spend some time with the User Guide.
