Go it.

If the white circle is a Mask applied to a Solid, follow up by applying Edit > Generate > Stroke.  Set the Path to Mask 1, the Color as preferred, the Brush Size as preferred, and the Paint Style to "On Transparent".

If the circle Mask is drawn to the edges of the Solid that it's applied to, the Stroke will clip.  To address this, either reduce the diameter of the circle Mask or apply Effect > Utility> Grow Bounds to the Solid.

If the white circle is a Shape, expand the Contents, hide the Fill, and enable the Stroke.  Then set the Stroke parameters as preferred.

Hi @Kaan Berk

If you want the white circle to cut a hole in the voilet Solid, set the white cricle as the Track Matte target for the voilet Solid.

Based on your screenshots, click on the Track Matte pop-up menu for Layer 2 and choose Layer 1 as the matte.

How to covert a layer into a track matte is covered in the After Effects user guide under Transparency and Compositing then Track Mattes and Traveling Mattes.

Another option would be to draw a Mask in the shape of a circle on the violet Solid and set the resulting Mask to "Subtract".

No no I'm not talking about that. The violet background will remain, I have nothing to do with it. I want to destroy the inside of my white circle and make a hollow circle with a 3-4 level stroke
