i want to make transparent background

Hello, I wanted to make  a video transparent from Avee Player in After Effects, but I couldn't do it. Can someone please help me? After converting it to transparent, I will convert it to gif and upload it to Adobe Animate

If your comp background is transparent, then add your comp to the Render Queue and under the Output Module, select "High Quality with Alpha."
