Hello,
I would like to cancel my subscription. Could you please assist me with this? Also, I’d like to understand the cancellation terms—why would there be a fee charged if I unsubscribe? Thank you in advance for your help.

00f. Yeah, you've gotta read the entire contract. Basically, there's no such thing as a monthly subscription. If you've been made to believe that, then you've been misled. Adobe only has yearly subscriptions. The only option is how often you pay the bill. If you want to cancel early, there is a fee. Alternatively, you could disconnect your credit card from your account and go into the red. Adobe will disable your stuff and you'll need to pay up to ever use it again, and starting a new account under such conditions would probably be fraud so I can't honestly suggest it for any reason.

That's how they getcha. (Yes they have lost lawsuits regarding it, so now it's a bit easier to realize what's going on, but still quite unethical and misleading, but at least now if you read the entire page carefully you have the chance to figure it out before you buy.)

I would yell at their call in support team till they give in, and "refund" what you haven't used yet. Honestly. Adobe is aware this is a dark pattern and adobe is aware of the misleading terminology, or they wouldn't emphasize "monthly" in

"$60/mo

 annual, billed monthly"

So, yeah. Officially speaking, it's your fault for adobe misleading you. Just as adobe likes it.
