Il n'y a pas l'option H264 dans les exports

Bonjour, alors voilà j'aimerais exporter une séquence vidéo faite avec After Effects, je clique sur Compo/Ajouter a la file d'attente, ensuite sur Quicktime mais dans Option de Format, il n'y a pas le fameux H.264, j'ai installé Quicktime, redémarré mon pc, rien ne change. Je suis sur la version d'essai pour l'instant si jamais ça change quelque chose.

It mitght help if you actually read the changed features sections of the online help. Quicktime support has been pulled from AE 2018 and only a select few CoDecs are supported. That aside, AE has had a native H.264 encoder via AME for some time now, so simply use that.
