Ilustrator to After Effects file

I made a lot of research but somehow I am not able to find a solution for this. I am not sure but all the solutions I found on adobe forum and outside, lead me to nowhere.

It does work with another .png files, however, not with the one I do need to use.

When I try to use my after effects file to create a logo reveal, the image that I have .png or even the .ai file make the image in a blank background.

Any leads to solve this issue?

Best Regards,

Diogo

it look you have, a logo reveal template from envato, and most time author on envato use a fill color for logo so for that you see a white logo, try to click on "change logo" composition than go to effects controls window (window/effect controls)  and remove the fill color filter if exist.

also did you put your logo inside "change logo" composition?

There are no issue, if your PNG or AI file come with blank background so it will become same in after effects, simple if you need a background you can add some solid layer inside your composition and use it as background.

also if you mean that you always see your logo on transparent background, so may you need to click "toggle transparency grid"

You can see what I mean with this pictures..

This is the logo..

And this is when I introduce it inside my logo reveal project:

It does work with a random image tho..

Thanks for your input so far!
