Image unavailable due to GPU problem

Hello !

I have just updated After Effects and I cannot see the image of my projects anymore ! It is "linked with the GPU" (as you can see on the photo), but I do not understand in which ways... Here are my graphic cards :

- Intel(R) UHD Graphics 620

- Nvidia GeForce MX150

I have already downloaded the drivers' latest versions... So, if someone knows how to fix this problem, it would be really helpful !

Hi Iris5CB1,

Sorry for your issue.

Did you try Mylenium's suggestion? Did it help? If not, which effects you're trying to use? Also, are you working with any high res media? If yes, try removing them and see if it brings any change.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Nishu

Thank you for your return ! Surprisingly, the image came back when I uninstalled the nvidia drivers ! Now, when I open after effects, I have got an error message saying that the "video driver is not supported" and I have to click on "continue with known issues". Do you think I can fix it ?

PS : Another problem appeared... I cannot hear the sound while previewing the video. However, I do not find how to ram preview... Can you help me with this too ?

PPS : Thank you again for your help !!!

Disable your intel GPU in the NVidia driver settings and/ or even the BIOS/ EFI.
