Import 4k 15fps gopro clips

Hello

I would like to ask about 4k 15fps video clips importing problem, its just have sound, and show the detail as piexls 0×0(1.00).

How could i fix it?

    Use GoPro Studio to convert the original footage to the Cineware format. That should always be the standard GoPro workflow.

    If that does not work then make sure your installed version of AE is up to date.

    Presumably you need to convert them through Handbrake or other ffmpeg-based tools. In the future using different rrecording settings on the camera might also help.
