import cross dissolves from premiere to after effects

I don't have a one-click solution, but here are a couple of workarounds that might help speed up your workflow:

1. Importing the Premiere Pro project into After Effects:

• Use File > Import > Import Premiere Pro Project in After Effects.
• Cross dissolves will typically be interpreted as three separate layers: one for Clip A, one for Clip B (including their overlapping sections), and a third layer representing the dissolve itself (usually a black solid).
• You can then manually keyframe the opacity of the A or B clips in After Effects based on their overlap.

2. Prepping the timeline in Premiere Pro before sending to After Effects:

• Export the imported Premiere project from After Effects using File > Export > Export Adobe Premiere Pro Project.
• In Premiere, create two opacity presets: one for fade-in and one for fade-out, with Type set to Scale.
• Apply the appropriate preset to the cross dissolve solid, extend the solid to match the clip duration, then copy and paste the opacity keyframes onto the clip.

Whe you could do is bring all the layers into After Effects and use Keyframe Assistant - Sequence Layers to set them up
Then you could apply an expresison that automatically dissolves the layers on top by the amount of frames at the end of layer. (if that makes sense)
