Import JPG's with clipping path

Hi, I'm looking for a solution to import an JPG image into After Effects with it's clipping path turned on.

When you drag an image from InDesign to Photoshop, it has a transparent background, because of the clipping path.

I would love to hear if thats possible without saving as PNG or PSD before.
