Import Markers into After Effects

I could have sworn there was a way to import markers in After Effects. Right now I'm trying to pull notes from a frame.io - my options are CSV, XML or plain text. How does one import them into After Effects?

Just searched that link for "import" - sorry can't figure this out?

Looks like the best bet is to ingest those markers into Premiere then export a QT with the markers. Yeah?
