Import Premiere Sequence into After Effects, AE keeps opening the "open" window ???

I am trying to import an adobe premiere sequence and after AE finished importing elements, it then keeps presenting the "open" window as if asking for some source file. I keep clicking cancel to close the window but the "open" window keeps re-appearing and there's no way to get out of the interface. What's going on here? Thanks Everyone.

    It's perhaps not the best way to work directly off an active Dropbox folder. No doubt those issues relate to the import being unable to resolve some file paths and/ or finding/ creating temp files and caches due to the service continually trying to sync. Offline the DropBox folder or copy the contents to a different local folder and see if it works better.
