Imported layers from illustrator have broken edges

Imported layers from illustrator have broken edges. I have outlined texts and I have the continuosly rasterize option activated, and nothing seems to help.

What can be causing this issue? The rest of the imported ai files work fine, it's only this ai document.

Thanks for sharing the screenshot. Try changing the Quality and Sampling from Draft to Bilinear or Bicubic. Check out the screenshot of reference.

Are you zooming in on the Composition? It is expected to show pixelation if you zoom above 100%. Go to 100% to preview the artwork at its original resolution. If that's not the case, please share a screenshot of the full After Effects UI.
