Importing 3d CAMERA data

Hello! I'm having a hard time finding a reliable list of 3D camera data files natively supported by After Effects. It can't read .abc, and importing .ma crashes the program. In your opinion, what is the best way to bring 3D cameras into After Effects?

Most of my data is in .ma files, but I can't use Live Link plugin because I don’t have a Maya license. Any ideas? I tried the Blender script, but it doesn’t work well.
