Question

Importing a GIF made in Photoshop into After Effects

I'm trying to import a frame animation I've made in Photoshop - specifically a blinking picture. I set the actual blink to .1 sec or "no delay" but when I import the gif into Aftrr Effects the blink lasts much longer (looks unnatural). Any ideas why this might be happening? I did this before and it worked seamlessly...but I can't remember specifically how I did it.

thanks for your help!

I would imagine it is the frame rate of the imported GIF.  Right-click on it in the project panel and choose Interpret Footage > Main.

Its frame rate probably needs to be adjusted.
