Importing CSV files to convert into lines of text

Can I input several lines of information in a google sheets spreadsheet, export it, and use it in After Effects 2023 to quickly generate an end credits sequence with name and job position all lined up from top to bottom? 

I was told that I could import the CSV file into the project, create a text layer, go to the "source text" field, and select the "CVS Import" option, but I don't see that option.

I was also told to fix this, you need to check the "enable CVS import" box in settings, but I can't find that anywhere. 

Any guidance or other solutions?
