Importing from Premiere failed

I was editing in premiere and then I clicked on two clips to edit on after effects. But this is showing. How do I fix it?
Im on PC, and both of the apps are 2022.

You cannot create a cyclic usage. You have to edit the AE source projects you imported into Premiere, not export the sequence again.

I realized that since I had exported to AE each video individually, when I tried to export them as two, it failed because I had already chose to edit them separetely. Thank you! I learned to export the source as well.
