Impossible d'installer after effect sur mon pc (erreur 120)

Question

bonjours, j'ai voulut installer after effect sur mon ordinateur. Malheureusement a chaque test, c'est un message d'erreur (code 120), j'ai donc changer de disque dure (car effectivement il était plein). Mais après avoir encore fait un essai, toujours le même message. Alors que j'ai 775 GO d'espace.

qqn saurait me donner la solution ? car la je ne comprend pas

Without actual system info we can't really tell you much, but from the sound of it you are trying to install on a drive/ volume that doesn't register as a fixed media. This could be an issue with the storage device driver, so if you haven't already, install any specific driver that comes with your SSD or such. Also check the name of the media. Unusual volume names on Mac have been known to throw things off and since you're Francophone it could well be that letters with accents cause this behavior, in particular if you try to install your programs in a different language.
