Impossible to launch AE

Hello,
I have a huge problem with AE on launching... It just doesn't launch...
It freezes 2 seconds on "Initialisation de MediaCore" and disappear. No error message, no pop up box, no crash report...
It seems this issue has happen for some members of the community so I started to try all the solutions I read: Clean the plug-ins, rename the Common file, Uninstall/install each version of AE, use Adobe Cleaner to reinstall all apps from start, update my drivers,... Nothing works...
I really don't know what to do next...
Someone could please help me?

CPU: 11th Gen Intel Core i7-11700K @ 3.60GHz
RAM: 64,0 Go
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080

Hello,
Thank you for your answers
I found a way to avoid the crash at launching
This solution is a bit inconvenient but it works
I have to disconnect from the Creative Cloud (wich autolaunch at computer starting) and reconnect manually (ID and password)
So I have the impression that my problem come from the Creative Cloud Desktop eventually
