Impossible to open the program after the latest Mac update

After the last update Mac After Effects no longer opens.
I tried to check the permits of the folders suggested by the solutions I found on the net, but the permits are correct.
I tried to restore preferences, but it doesn't open.
I tried to start it in safe mode, but it does not open.
I tried to uninstall the application and reinstall it without anything new.
Whenever Apple updates the operating system puts after use after effects.
MacBook Pro and Sonoma 14.3.1

I certainly don't enjoy notifying things like that. My Mac has an M1 processor. If I call Adobe they make me reinstall everything to tell me that Apple has to fix it. yIf I call Apple they make me do several useless procedures until Adobe updates fixing the bug.... it's kind of an endless loop this.

"unknown exception". This is the message. It is now a constant in Apple updates and ONLY with After Effects.

MacBook Pro M2 Max, Sanoma 14.3.1, AE 2024, and 2024 Beta are the latest builds as of Feb 10, with no problems. Are there any other apps running when you try and open After Effects?
