impossible to read the RAM preview which seems ok

I am having a different RAM preview problem from what I have been able to find on the internet. This problem does not seem to come from any saturation since my pc is equipped with 128 GB of RAM and an nvidia 4090 card and yet it is impossible to read my previews in after effects.

 

In concrete terms, the green preview bar loads completely but I can only read my preview once, the times after reading no longer start. I also emptied the cache which is not at all complete, reinstalled the drivers... but the problem persists.

 

Do you know this problem?

Welcome to the community. I'm sorry to hear about this. For clarification, are you having playback issues while previewing your comp, or is your preview not looping? If it's the latter, please let us know if you have set your work area. Also, please check if your Preview panel (Window > Preview) options are set to loop.
