yesterday when I use the S glow effect of the saphire plugins or the effect of the BCC plugin, my ae crashes and tells me "S_Glow in generated an unexpected" and ""BCC effect name" in generated an unexpected "please help me

Sorry to hear that.

First thing I'd suggest is to check for any updates for the plug-ins. Also, try contacting the plug-ins manufacturer and see if they can suggest anything.

Without any system info and the exac t error messages nobody can tel lyou much. that said, since it's clearly an issue with Sapphire, check their web site for dvice and do the sensible thing liek checking for an updated version that may be more compatible with your version of AE and system.
