Incompatible software issues

I had some problems installing Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro on my business notebook;

The problem is that my notebook reached the latest driver update, and that wasn't enough to be compatible with After Effects and Premiere;

What should I do to install and use those softwares on my notebook?

Is there a solution to this problem?
