Inconsequential Export error

Can you pleace fix Error Code: (0 :: 9997) and 9994 . I'm getting it allllllll the time.

But it's inconsequential as it render the scene some times, but not all the time, and I've not done any thing with the scene.

I guess it's an EXR error and better EXR support should have been fixed a long time ago.

And why is EXR so damn slow in AE? I like AE, but it's bringing me down. Using EXR in davinci is not comparable and render that stuff in secounds. EXR is a standard in VFX and 3D so pleace add better suppert and yes Iæve updated my ProEXR so many times.

Are you still having the issue? Let us know.

I am moving this thread from Bugs to Discussions for now.

    Thanks,

Having a similar issue rendering a file with EXR layers; I don't even have a Dropbox account, so that's not the issue.

    Error 9997, please restart.

Restarting does nothing to improve anything.

I got this 9997 error when exporting EXR. What I found out is that when I export EXR on Dropbox, the error occurs quite often.

As a solution, I tried exporting to local storage that is not Dropbox, and so far no errors have occurred.

By the way, there are no errors except for EXR export.

For example, exporting other formats such as tiff and png is not a problem.

No error occurs when reading EXR files on Dropbox either.

The only error occurs when exporting EXR to Dropbox.

EXR is faster to read and export, so it is more useful than tiff or png.
