inconsistency of Properties Panel of Shape Layers

in some (often) cases with shape layer with groups (or shape layer created from 'create shape from vector layer') the properties panel behave not it's used to . some kind of bug or something?
i know this feature is a newborn . but this is a tusk in a meat. like, it should never happened to begin with. please fix.

      Thank you for reporting this issue. Would you be able to share a project with us demonstrating Shape layers that don't show their properties in the Properties panel?
