Increase composition duration without changing effects

Hello,

I have a title composition which has a duration of 5 seconds, when I lengthen this composition to 30 seconds the effects of this one become slow. If I reduce the duration of the composition to 2 seconds, for example, the effects become quick. How to generally change the duration of a composition (increase or decrease the duration) without impacting the effects of the composition.
