Increase/decrease opacity on multiple layers using shortcuts

Hi there,

I'm trying to increase/decrease the opacity of multiple layers using the shortcuts Shift+Alt+Ctrl++ and Shift+Alt+Ctrl+- but as you can see, sometimes it only targets some of the selected layers. I'm on windows.
The same happens with scale and rotation.
