Question

Inserting 3D Objects

I am trying to import a 3D object that I have in my file to my video. When I see youtube tutorials, people are using element 3D but element 3D costs $99. Do I need to buy element 3D to be able to insert any 3D objects or is there a free way to insert 3D objects that I have downloaded to my video?

Aside from C4D Lite also consider the old-fashioned way of doing stuff natively in a 3D program and then importing image sequences. Blender is free, after all.

C4D Lite is included with After Effects. Check the User Guide. There is an introduction here: See What Is Possible With C4D Lite.

There is also a lot of other good information in the User Guide.
