Installing AE CC 2015.3 (13.8.0)

I'm trying to install CC 2015.3.

I've installed CC 2015 (13.5), and after the installation it was updated to 2015.2 (13.7.1.6).

However, I know that the latest update should be 2015.3 (13.8), but I'm unable to receive that update.

Any ideas?
