installing LottiFiles plugin - alternative to Anastasiy?

I'm looking to install Lottifiles plugin, but I'm getting "The site can't be reached" error as I try to download Anastasiy. I'm having a hard time fixing the site can't be reached error, is there an alternative to Anastasiy that I can try?

If downloading is the problem try Adobe Exchange. https://exchange.adobe.com/creativecloud.details.103642.lottiefiles-for-after-effects.html The Exchange will open up the Creative Cloud app and install the plug-in automatically.

A quick net search for Lottie files brings up this: https://lottiefiles.com/plugins/after-effects

I am not having any problem with either path, but using the Exchange is a better idea.
