Insufficient memory warning.

Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing an issue with Adobe After Effects where it reports running out of memory even though it's only using 5 GB out of the available 64 GB.

"Insufficient memory warning. RAM usage has been extended for previews. Adjust RAM settings in Preferences > Memory & Performance."

Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance!

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Sorry to hear about the issue, Vera. Can you try clearing the media cache (go to Edit > Purge > All Memory & Disk Cache) and see if that brings any change?

    Let us know.

    Thanks,
