I have an Intel processor installed in my pc(intel 4790k).I have updated to the latest drivers recommended by intel. But still I am facing the problem video drivers not supported.i turned off the integrated GPU from bios.It solved the problem but after effects freeze just after opening, sometimes it doesn't respond to the clicks while opening. I have a dedicated GPU AMD Radeon HD 7800 series with a Ram installed of 32 gb.

Any body help please.

That is an old GPU at this point and even if it were the latest shiz, the simple answer to all those GPU issues is that there is no simple answer. You have to sit down and chew threw itby experimenting with driver settings, installing different driver versions and all that. Frustrating as it may be there is simply no other way. This subject is too complex and everyone has to figure out by hinself what works on a given computer.

I would not think After Effects supports Radeon series for Windows as far as I see the system requirements.

You can also try to install the qualified driver by Adobe.
