Me gustaría que la piel quede casi perfecta, con filtros no se como lograrlo 

Que quede bien suave tengo muchos lunares y no quiero que se vean en el video, veo muñecas hechas con inteligencia artificial super realista y me gustaría que mi piel me quede así
