Interesting Premiere To After Effects Changing Colors

Why whenever I press "Replace with After Effects composition", in After Effects it then tells me to change Color Space to Rec 709 Gamma 2.4?

And then when I switch to Rec 709 Gamma 2.4 the colors are totally off and are different between Premiere And After Effects which is the opposite of what I want.

And if I let working color space to: "None", colors are completely fine.

Do I have to deal with that panel popping up telling me to switch color space every time I open up a new composition?
Why does it tell me to change color space if it makes my colors look worse?

And if that wasn't enough, on my Macbook it completely crashes out my app because of it lol
