invalid image file error

Hello, when I enter After Effects 2024, even though I haven't imported a file, I get an invalid image file error.
And my system profile is completely ok and I cleared my caches

Thanks for writing in. We can get it checked.

Are you launching After Effects by double-clicking a project file? If so, please try clicking its icon to launch. If that doesn't help, try running After Effects in Safe Mode. If it works file in Safe Mode, resetting the preferences should help.
