Invisible 3d Models in after effects

When I add a 3d element in glb format I can't see it in the workspace, I need a quick solution to the problem plz!

That's not ideal. We can get it checked.

Is it happening with all the 3D models or just a particular one? What's the source of the 3D model you're trying to use? Can you share the 3D model with me to test? Feel free to share it via DM if you do not want to share it publicly.
