Is After Effects Screen Recording Video Legal?

I want to prepare a paid "course". In one part of my course, I will take a 'screen recording' video of "after effect" and publish it in my course. There is no copyrighted material, logo, stock, etc., only the "after effect" interface is shown in the video. Is this legal? Does Adobe allow this? Is there any copyright infringement?

If it isn't then every educator who creates content, and every YouTube creator who creates instructional videos would be in trouble.

Would you read and check Adobe EULA below?

There is no such information here, or I couldn't find it.
