Is it allowed to use instructional videos?

There is a place on Adobe's website where you can learn the basics of After Effects. I want to record these videos and translate them into Hebrew and then send them to a group of video editors.
Is it allowed?

If you're just translating and not charging a fee for the videos, I don't see how you would have anything to worry about.

And what if I charge a nominal fee for the translated videos? (in case it is published in a restricted group)

None of this has anything to do with whether you have a subscription or not. It's a generic copyright issue. Getting hold of the right person at Adobe will be nearly impossible, though, so ultimately it's a matter of whatever you do is right and wrong at the same time. Assuming fair use clauses exist in Israeli law it could be okay for limited use in a private group of friends, but anything official would probably require permission even if you provide the edited video for free.

How can I communicate with Adobe? I was only able to communicate with their robot, not a human...

It would be better to talk to Adobe staffs directly.

But I don't have a subscription.
If I don't have a subscription, I realized that I can't correspond with them..
