Is it just me or everything is buggy all the time?

I have depth scanner and a bunch I wrote myself, but they can be added or not to the project when it bugs. Do a plugin that's not added to a project can cause a bug? I'm sorry, I'm not really trying to find the cause of the bug, just quick wins that people may have found along their journey and/or if their issues are similar, what they have done about it to live another day. Some examples might be Mocha, when tracking, getting an open gl error -> the source for tracking doesn't exist, and that breaks other softwares that run on my computer as well, like Slack can't display anything anymore. I have this constant Keylight issue where it requests more ram, and prompts me a dozen times in a row for the same single frame, this happens randomly,... I can't really make a list, I'm more focused on the work, and I know those issues have 0 chance to be fixed before my deadlines, so yeah, really only looking for quick wins here
