I try with windows server 2019 but it doesn't work
Is it a choice not to be able to do this? Or am I doing something wrong?

Adobe Apps are generally not supported on servers, cloud systems and whatnot with only a few exceptions. That doesn't mean they can't run, but how to get them to work is entirely up to you. Based on how the licensing system and a few other things work it is highly doubtful that they will ever run from a container.

I have the same requirement and the related scenario for producing some AE video programmatically.

Actually, there are some cloud render providers support AE rendering under their rendering server farm.

But, nothing better than do it yourself right?

I found that it is possible to run an aerender on a Windows docker container, I even apply it on Azure App Service cloud for rendering test.

Here's my finding.

Cloud Rendering Adobe After Effects Video with Windows Docker Container - Mohohan LLC

Some of my YouTube video has been produced under this arch, refer to one of them.

Thank you very much for your answer, but how to parralelize the after effect render? I saw that it was possible to make render farms but it works without dockerization?
