is there a script for collect files efficiently?

Hello community.

Do you came across any plugin or script that not only collect the source files from your project and copy to a new folder, but maybe trims the big footage files to small parts what is actually used, leaving out the big files?

Like I have a project where I'm using one 6GB footage file, but only 30 sec is used of it for the project, so it could make sense to make a proxy of that and copy only that for the collection, this way it can be easier to share.

Unfortunately google isn't my friend in this case.
