Is there a way to zoom the timeline to show just the work area w/o using “trim comp to work area”?

Hi there,

I'm sure this must have been discussed already but I'm relatively new to AE. I'm wondering if there is a way  to zoom in/out of the timeline so that just the work area fills the timeline? I'm not trying to trim the 

length of the overall composition down to the work area . And I know that double clicking the work area bar extends the work area to the full length of the composition. I just want to zoom in/out on the specific work area I'm dealing with without having to zoom in/out and then resize and move the work area to fill the timeline. 

FYI - I'm working on a Windows 10 PC
