Is there an option to have the timeline panel section follow the playhead?

Currently, when I'm reviewing a composition, while playing back, the playhead scrolls out of sight. So, I cannot follow key frames, and when I hit Pause for editing, I first need to manually scroll to the current playhead position. That's cumbersome.

So, is there an option to have the timeline window follow the playhead, either smoothly or by paging? Similar to this Premiere Pro setting:
