Is there an updated more detailed version of this tutorial's end result out there?

I need to remove objects from video footage quite frequenlty and I have never had any success with AE using Content Aware Fill or Reference Frame. The end result in this video is really impressive and something I am trying to learn but, the steps between AE and PS aren't very clear and it's 4 years old. You can see the versions of the software are quite different from the current versions and I'm wondering if there are any clearer tutorial videos that will walk me through the object removal process on this technical of a level.

It seems to me that you should do a good sweep through YouTube in search of several tutorials so that you can make a compilation and take the best of each one, in the end when you practice many times you will surely obtain the necessary skills to apply the tool well. There is actually no tutorial that tells you exactly what steps to follow for your videos, you must learn by trying and failing, it is the only way to finally get it right.
