You could get Plexus, which can create dots and lines on mask paths in infinite combinations. Other particle plug-ins may also be adequate. Otherwise I'm sure one could easily develop a script to draw bounding boxes using duplicate paths and placing tiny dots at the corners. The math isn't that complicated...
