if i have shape with fill can i convert it to stoked shape what is simplest way ?

There's a lot of gray area in your question, but to start simply: 
You can add a Stroke to any path or group, here in the Add flyout menu within a shape layer.


If you're asking about something that looks like a stroked line, but is actually a filled shape, then that's work you'll want to do in Illustrator. Here are some workflow suggestions.

If your element didn't originate in Illustrator, you can copy/paste paths between Ae and Ai.

Lastly, you can always just redraw the path, which is often less trouble than many of the above solutions.
