Is this "About..." dialog no longer available in AE 2020?

Hi!  I noticed that the "About..." button in a plugin's parameters is no longer visible in AE 2020.  In AE CC 2019, the "About..." button appears in a plugin's paramters.  Was this removed from application, or was the "About" dialog deprecated?  Is there a different way to go about giving a plugin an About dialog?
