Does anyone know what software to create 3D object and 3D animation like below Youtube video at 00:30?

Is this created by Adobe software? If yes, can you tell me the name of the software?

It probably was created using Element 3D, a plug-in you have to buy. Of course it could be re-created with Cinema 4D Lite or even simple extruded shape layers in AE as welll, it's just going to be a lot less intuitive.
